Confirmed on Ubuntu 9.04 + SeaMonkey 1.1.15 build 2009030300. Creating a new profile did not work, and I was not able to launch the profile wizard or manager either. I *was* able to start seamonkey when running as root, however, so perhaps the problem is related to permissions?
