Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: gnome-terminal

I have installed Skype 2.0 , that I have downloaded from Skype web site , which
says Skype for Ubuntu 8.04 .
I am using Ubuntu 9.04 , but I have not been able to start a chat or video
call , because when I try , a message appears : problem with audio playback and
eventually cut the call .
I have looked at forums and tried a fix like this :
from;http://linuxtipstricks.wordpress.com/2009/04/04/how-to-permanently-fix-skype-audio-problem-in-ubuntu/

u...@pc:~$ killall pulseaudio

u...@pc:~$ sudo apt-get remove pulseaudio

u...@pc:~$ sudo apt-get install esound

u...@pc:~$ sudo rm /etc/X11/Xsession.d/70pulseaudio

it did not work ... or maybe I am not skilled enough to do that , I am a
begginer on computers ...

I love Linux , however I need to learn a lot more seems to me
thanks
