Public bug reported:

I have the GA-MA790GP-UD4H with an onboard ATI Radeon HD3300 with 128 MB DDR3
so called sideport memory (onboard).
In the BIOS I activated only the sideport memory for the graphic.

But Ubuntu does not use the sideport memory (it seems so) and uses 512
MB from the RAM.

When I change the BIOS settings to 'use sideport + DMA' the same
problem.

Ubuntu 9.04
GNOME 2.26.1
Linux ubuntu 2.6.28-13-generic #45-Ubuntu SMP Tue Jun 30 22:12:12 UTC 2009
x86_64 GNU/Linux
