When it disconnects...i can just in Network manager click on the same
wireless network and it goes on, or just running:

iwlist wlan0 scan

establishes the connection back.

I am streaming DVB-T video over network, i can reproduce bug in every
2-5 mins, when there is big network traffic. When just browsing web
pages, it disconnects at about once per hour. No issues in windows or in
8.04.

Nothing in syslog, when connection hangs or when re-established using
iwlist wlan0 scan.

can i load wireless module with some parameter to log more verbose?
