In kubuntu 9.04 with KDE 4.3.0 rc2 installed if I choose "Report bug" in
About-menu of KDE application apport-qt would be started and bug and
nessesary system information would be submitted to launchpad.
Generally it is a proper way to submit bugs in kubuntu but some times not.
If I am using some unstable software compiled from sources or from special PPA
I prefer to submit bugs directly to upstream bugtrecker. For example plasma,
digiKam or Ktorrent developers usually are quick to response the problems in
their applications.
