I can confirm this bug on a D945GCLF2 / Atom 330 board when running kernel 2.6.28-13-generic. It occurs within a few minutes when running heavy network traffic (NFS server).
I have now upgraded the kernel to 2.6.30-10-generic (from Karmic), and have been running for 10 days without any issue at all!
