Binary package hint: update-manager

When invoked the usual way the update manager crashes recently (few
dayes - I think the problem wasn't there before Jan 20). But this is not
all the time. Sometimes it starts up correctly. It may have some
connection with my locale (pl_PL), but I am not sure.
