The ubuntu mirror admins should point the DNS record of mt.archive.ubuntu.com
to 78.133.102.36
Alternatively, they can use a CNAME record pointing to mirror.linux.org.mt
If the ubuntu mirror admins do not have access to the DNS infrastructure
please re-assign this bug to the appropriate people
