I can also confirm this. I have Ubuntu Jaunty witl all updates and
Pinnacle PCTV Studio/Rave tuner (on PCI).

When I run Zapping, I got two errors:

Cannot restore previous mode:
/usr/sbin/zapping_setup_fb failed.
DMA is not possible on screen 0.

and

Cannot start capturing:
/build/buildd/zapping-0.10~cvs6/src/tveng25.c:map_xbuffers:2578: ioctl
VIDIOC_REQBUFS failed: 0, Success

However, XawTV is working fine.

P. S. While running zapping_setup_fb from command line, I got this:

Can please anyone repair this, since there is a real lack of analog TV viewing
