I fixed this bug by update kernel to 2.6.30.1 and configure kernel by
menuconfig :
Device Drivers --->
Network device support --->
USB Network Adapters --->
<*> Option USB High Speed Mobile
Devices
now easy detecting bandluxe c120 by network-manager as a charm :)
