It was device/video configuration problem with config from older ekiga version (3.2.0). I don't have any v4l device on the system, so the xml conf was "Device not found (PTLIB/V4L2)" translated into Czech, see attached file. I renamed it and now ekiga starts and in the configuration I can choose only "Moving Logo" for the video device.
