It looks like your $HOME/.cache/ubuntuone directories are owned by someone other than you... most likely root. Did you happen to run ubuntone-syncdaemon with sudo at one point? You should run "sudo chown -R $USER:$USER $HOME/.cache/ubuntuone" to fix the permissions on those files.
