any guesses about when (and if) this will be fixed in jaunty?

I compiled and installed kvm 88 according to
http://www.linux-kvm.org/page/HOWTO1 but this doesn't generate a "kvm" command
that I can refer to from my .xml config files (instead of /usr/bin/kvm)... all
I find in /usr/local/bin is:
qemu-nbd
qemu-io
qemu-img
qemu-system-x86_64
qemu

I tried using /usr/local/bin/qemu but it doesn't work:
error: internal error Cannot determine QEMU argv syntax /usr/local/bin/qemu

Is there any guide about compiling kvm "ubuntu style"? that is, in a way
compatible with ubuntu's libvirt?
