Dear Mr.Muscovac, thanks for your mail. Here I will try to send to you the configuration file (/etc/ X11/xorg.conf)and Xserver log file(/var/log/Xorg.o.log),hoping it works? As I can't work with the graphic desktop, because I see only the blanc screen without the top and lower panels,I could do it only on roundabout way. How I can manage your second point, running without any /etc/X11/xorg.conf and autodetect my display and video card?Shall I remove that file?I tried to save the file with <cp>,but it did'nt work. By the way,can I install again 9.04 over the actual ubuntu 9.04? In the meantime I removed the ubuntu 8.10.which I had installed parallel under windows with >wubi>,and which is doing the same trouble as 9.04,and installed it again with >wubi> from CD,it was working correct one time, and new the same trouble like 9.04. Best regards Günter Schlicht.
