Same here - modem works fine while usb-storage fails on jaunty, latest updates
installed:
with 2.6.28-13-server kernel.
My device is
Bus 001 Device 015: ID 12d1:1003 Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd. E220 HSDPA Modem
/ E270 HSDPA/HSUPA Modem
(Vodafone Websession Stick)
On my eeepc, running Easy Peasy 1.1 (I think this is hardy based), both
works just fine.
