Firstly, it's not fixed upstream. 0.9.3 is the latest upstream, and that is what the package is based on. Secondly, this is a duplicate of bug #70019, which probably shouldn't have been closed, as the bug hadn't properly been fixed. I didn't know it hadn't been fixed, at the time. Thirdly, I thought I'd fixed it last time, but upon my final rebuild of the package, soundconverter.desktop.in.in overwrote the changes after the patch had been applied. I've fixed that, checked that the icon displays, and am about to upload it to Ubuntu. It will be in Debian at some point in the not-too-distant future, too. Lastly, 0.9.3-1 was not actually autosynced.
