Binary package hint: gnome-control-center
Currently, gnome-sound-properties can select sound device for there
usage. but there is no speaker configuration.
Could you add these settings in gnome-sound-properties?
Type of output:
analog, digital(passthrough?), both, e.g
(if output is digital, user don't have to select speaker type. )
Type of speaker:
earphone, stereo, 4 channel, 5.1 channel, 7.1 channel, e.g
