I installed the 9.04 and because I selected Romanian as the language and
Romania as the country, I got ro.archive.ubuntu.com in my apt
sources.list and in synaptic.
Same is valid for 9.10 since alpha1.
I'm setting this as Invalid, as I cannot reproduce it. If you can,
please reopen and post a series of steps in which ro.arch... should, but
does not appear in sources.list.
