I am now the maintainer of RCov going forward. I have completely removed all of the rexml output formatter garbage since it was completely unnecessary. This problem should not exist anymore. The only catch is that you need to install the relevance-rcov gem
gem install relevance-rcov -s http://gems.github.com The rubyforge version is not up to date and no one has been able to contact the original creator to get him to release the project.
