Binary package hint: pidgin
the pidgin shows online contacts on gmail and updates their status real
time as well as when they go offline but when i start the conversation
the contacts dont receive the messages sent via pidgin nor do i receive
their messages. it happens frequently. i know this because i get the
messages on the gmail chat web applet running on my browser. but no
activity on the pidgin. i am using ubuntu 9.10
