Micah, Well after another restart, I now see View All Comments on that page. Strange. Prior to this I had an update for 8.04 Hardy which included a kernel update. After the update and a restart, the problem became apparent. That is when I filed the bug report. I did find, by accident that if I clicked within that comment box and then used the mouse right click button to bring up the context menu, if I clicked reload, then the box appeared correctly. Then for another reason, I restarted the computer and then this bug/situation disappeared.
