Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: gnome-system-tools

If you want to sync your time with ntp you have to click on "adjust date &
time" option on clock applet or launching time-admin from system ->
administration menu.
When you switch the config to "keep syncronized with internet Servers" and ntp
support is not installed the gui tells you to install the package.
The problem is that time-admin doesn't reflect ntp package installation until
you launch it again.

Tested with Hardy and gnome-system-tools 2.22.0

** Affects: gnome-system-tools (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
