Also unable to reproduce. I can confirm that the menu shows up under the
password entry dialog. I would expect that to happen given gksu's focus
locking feature, however the menu goes away as soon as i click anything
as is normal for such menus.

Submitter: Can you tell me more about what you were doing just before
you tried this? Also what do you need cut/copy/paste in the gksu(do)
dialog for? This may not relate to the bug, but i was just wondering
because it is not (generally) a good idea to put your system
administrator password in an unencrypted clipboard. What if you
accidentally pasted it into a non password dialog, and someone just
happened to be walking by? I only ask because that happened to me once.
If you want/need c/cp/p  features in gksu(do) windows you can disable.
focus locking under Preferences >> Assistive Technology
