After doing: sync; echo "1" > /sys/power/pm_trace; pm-suspend, I also get the same "hash matches /build/buildd/linux-2.6.28/drivers/base/power/main.c:" line in my dmesg report (with a different line number) for Linux 2.6.28-13-generic. I upgraded to 2.6.28-14-generic just now and that specific line goes away, but I get other lines with hash matches in them, specifically:
[ 3.624686] Magic number: 5:147:1001 [ 3.624695] usb_endpoint usbdev3.1_ep00: hash matches [ 3.624746] rtc_cmos 00:03: hash matches Not sure if this helps anyone. I've attached my dmesg log if this is of any use to anyone in debugging this. I also linked the bug I created yesterday to this bug as they appear the same. ** Attachment added: "dmesg log" http://launchpadlibrarian.net/30087992/out.txt -- resume fails in 9.04 (worked in 8.10): drivers/base/power/main.c:296 https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/408590 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
