Public bug reported: This problem appears to involve three elements;
while using Ubuntu (does not happen if Windows is the OS) while saving files using OpenOffice native formats (e.g. odt -- does not happen if openoffice saves a "doc") and when the file is stored on jungledisk (a remote disk mounted over the network, see www.jungledisk.com) the file becomes corrupted. It is easy to replicate. Create an odt file locally, copy it to jungledisk, open it (should work fine), make some modifications, save, then try to reopen -- it's ruined. Really ruined. Anybody seen this? Any ideas? ** Affects: ubuntu Importance: Undecided Status: New -- openoffice file corruption when using jungledisk https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/411248 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
