@David - I entirely agree with your comment as follows:

Ubuntu already has a clear policy on this
(https://wiki.ubuntu.com/CodeNamesToVersionNumbers) and I think we
should remove reference to the codename in about-ubuntu, pursuant to
that specification. I will make that change subject to comments here
from other docteam members.
