Public bug reported: Binary package hint: evolution
In the latest karmic (11th Aug 09) with the evolution package 2.27.90-0ubuntu2 - this relates to changes in this recent package which add options for the date display in the taskpad to follow the locale The dates do follow my locale (LC_TIME="en_AU.UTF-8"), displaying correctly as dd/mm/yy However, when changing a date which is valid as dd/mm/yy or mm/dd/yy - such as 11/08/09 (august 11) - the pop up calendar begins at 8th november. In addition, when double clicking on a task with a date such as 14/08/09 (which is valid as dd/mm/yy but invalid as mm/dd/yy) evolution locks up, goes grey and will no respond. ** Affects: evolution (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- issues and crashes with evolution taskpad dates https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/411761 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
