With kernel 2.6.20-6.11 in both flavors 2.6.20-6-lowlatency and
2.6.20-6-generic the Log Out options Suspend and Hibernate are working,
however, there are two issues:

Hibernate: after restart the kernel choices are offered again for
selection, and the default entry will be used unless manually chosen
otherwise. If you had hibernated from a non-default boot, then you would
continue with the wrong kernel!

Suspend and Hibernate: The restart eventually results in a blank (=black)
screen. Unless you move your mouse or hit a key you do not realize that the
log-in dialog box is already present but not showing due to the screen
blanking.
I suggest to change this to a behavior as in the normal boot, where the log-in
box sits in a colored background.
