I suspect this might be a bogus bug: I get duplicate entries in Google Reader too every now and then, and the reason is that there are small differences between the two versions. Basically, when someone edits a post (e.g. to correct a typo), a new rss feed entry is created... Can someone check if the duplicates are in fact exactly the same?
