if this is WELL KNOWN bug meanwhile... WHY THE HECK is this Bug not been fixed and redistributed through the ubuntu repos for jaunty ?!?!
See, this is an example why Linux is still not that popular at common computer users. a simple user dont wants to hack C code or wont wait YEARS for such a critical bugfix. if such a programm is in the repos its supposed to be stable AND working. at the moment, this package is NOT working as expected and even there is a known fix for it for quite a while, its STILL not updated/fixed in the repos..
