Binary package hint: banshee

I've set my encoding preferences to "Ogg Vorbis" (using right-click on
the device, then selecting the codec). Then I copied some files to my
Android device, and the files were stored as .mp3.

After detaching/re-attaching the device, .oggs are getting written.
