rdoc is a binary-only promotion, done.
libtest-unit-ruby is an obsolete package which only depends on libruby.
I'm ok with getting that promoted, since it's just an empty metapackage,
but shouldn't the reverse dependencies just be fixed to drop the
libtest-unit-ruby dependency?
