On a fresh install default logs should already exist.

When launching gnome-system-log it is reported that logs are missing,
the message is below, screenshot is attached.

/var/log/syslog.0: Error stating file '/var/log/syslog.0': No such file or 
directory
/var/log/wpa_supplicant.log: Error stating file '/var/log/wpa_supplicant.log': 
No such file or directory

$ ls -l /var/log/s*
