Thanks Dave, am just a user myself. Made a mistake on that score
downloaded both gtk-gnutella and Frostwire tried both installed
Frostwire finally, and now finally recognized the problem. Leaving the
download of the java packages unattended. The agreement needed
confirmation. Canceling or un installing in the morning did not work.
Finally had to install sun java, looks like a bit of arm twisting to me.
Not using the package for now, may dump everything soon. Too scared to
do anything for now.
