Are you sure firefox was the window with the focus? to use ctrl+w it
needs to be the focused window. sounds like you had to click the emtpy
space becasue the firefox window wasnt the focused window. Please make
sure thats what it is. I am not able to confirm this on edgy's firefox
feistys firefox nor my built firefox 3.0 alpha.
