the blocking delay is already reported for otehr drivers like 331415 so issue1 is that the nova-t module does use request_firmwar() instead of request_firmware_nowait() which is causing the ~1min resume delay
the second issue, where the firmware loads fine on boot but not after resume anymore is unclear.
