You don't need to browse in Firefox or anything to trigger this.
Nautilus is taking out inhibitors during certain operations and just
forgetting to release them again.
This is an upstream issue - would someone mind forwarding this on to
http://bugzilla.gnome.org/ ? If not, then I'll do this in the morning
when I wake up.
