Bluetooth indicator applet should correctly display Bluetooth: On, or
Bluetooth: Off when the adapter is in a functional state.

When disabling bluetooth the status witll show Bluetooth: Unknown but it
can be enabled by clicking properties then clicking the big "Turn
Bluetooth On" button, though the indicator still shows Bluetooth:
Unknown and disables all but the Properties option.
