Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: gnome-media

Record arbitrary sounds, Click File>Quit
Panic about the fact that I haven't saved 'the changes to file
"/tmp/gsr-record-Untitled-5564.6E28YU" before closing'.

Haven't saved it? Oh jeez, I didnt know it had even been created and
opened by me!

1) The release of Ubuntu you are using, via 'lsb_release -rd' or System ->
About Ubuntu.
Description: Ubuntu 9.04
Release: 9.04

2) The version of the package you are using, via 'apt-cache policy packagename'
or by checking in Synaptic.
gnome-media:
  Installed: 2.26.0-0ubuntu3
  Candidate: 2.26.0-0ubuntu3
  Version table:
 *** 2.26.0-0ubuntu3 0
        500 http://archive.ubuntu.com jaunty/main Packages
        100 /var/lib/dpkg/status

3) What you expected to happen
I admit i expected to be prompted to save the file, but somehow I imagined a
bit of polish.
Perhaps:
___________________________________________________________
| 'You have an unsaved recording, what would you like to do?' |
|
                     |
| [Quit and lose recording] [Save recording to file] |
|_________________________________________________________|

4) What happened instead
Save the changes to file "/tmp/gsr-record-Untitled-5564.6E28YU" before closing?
