It's marked as high importance because grub2 is the default boot loader
in karmic.  So the "feature" being requested is for kgrubeditor to be
usable in Ubuntu 9.10.

Given that this package has a history of not working with the GRUB menu
in Ubuntu, I wonder if it wouldn't be better to remove it until it can
be fixed.
