I guess it's solved, skype brought a new version 2 weeks ago which improves the pulseaudio capabilitys, and reagarding the original problem, I didn't post yet that you have to enable mic jack or internal mic as checkbox in the soundmanager, cause the switch isn't done automaticly like in windows.
