I'm experiencing the same as NTolerance. I'd like to add that if I change the Windows 7 Cursors to Inverted, it becomes outlined in black, with an invisible body. It also looks garbled with some other cursors, with "garbage pixels" around the cursor. Worse still, the text input cursor is mangled no matter which cursor theme is chosen, to the point of barely being able to see/use it.
