I can confirm the same symptoms on a Dell Mini9 using the inbuilt 3G
modem on Vodafone Australia.
I am running the UNR release with the latest updates. Ethernet, Wifi and
Bluetooth all work fine.
If required i can upload any output you need to help debug.
interestingly following the instructions above i cant kill modem-
manager, it keeps spawning even with networking disabled.
