Thank you for the replies. Yes it is reproducible. The Gnome-Applets fail to load on EVERY boot. If I log off and log on they will ALWAYS load properly. If I hibernate or suspend they may load or may not load. I am not sure what additional information to give. To reproduce this error all I have to do is reboot my machine or boot it cold. Until recently thsi was not a problem and I haven't made any changes to my machine other than the regular updates.
