I am having the same problem. For some reason, I cannot pin point an exact cause of the crash. The report I attached, I uploaded about 15 files to my website, then double-clicked the uploaded directory to chmod the files inside. Then GFTP froze a created the report for me. I believe the few times it crashed in the same manner before, I was running the mouse over my bookmarks or downloading a single file.
