Oops... I notice that you've assigned it to GTK. Good on you! My suggestions:
1. Get rid of page setup tab on printer dialog. Its useless. Integrate the functionality that seems to be targeted at it in the File > page setup dialog box. 2. Allow the application to specify custom page sizes automatically (eg, printing to pdf in GIMP should give the option to use the image size for page size). 3. Move the new Page Setup dialog box to the printer dialog, as a tab. Make File>Page Setup open the dialog set to that tab. Again, I hope this is ironed out in the future.
