I fail to see how this can bug can be of "medium" importance. It renders
evolution completely useless on initial setup. At
https://dev.launchpad.net/BugTriage a criterion for a bug being of
"critical" importance is that "The feature is needed to encourage
adoption or prevent abandonment of the project." Being able to do an
initial set-up of Evolution must certainly be "needed to encourage
adoption" of the program.
