Here's what I'm experiencing (I think it's the same bug but not sure): The sound works fine *except* every 3 or 4 seconds, it speeds up to a high-pitched speed for a tiny fraction of a second. This creates a high- pitched click sound on what is otherwise normal.
This is in Jaunty, package version 0.72-1.1build1. Also affects a source build from upstream 0.73, but only on Ubuntu (works fine for me in Windows). I can't figure out how to change between libsdl1.2debian-pulseaudio and libsdl1.2debian-esd (as recommended in the above report). I don't even know which one I'm using. -- Sound is stuttering using libsdl1.2debian-pulseaudio and alsa packages. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/429373 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
