Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: network-manager

I've been running Karmic for a couple of months now. Since a dist-
upgrade on Thursday(?) of last week, the wireless is broken. I've been
having to use a wired connection ever since.

It appears that the network manager connects me to the wifi, then
disconnects me almost immediately afterward.

dmesg always says:

[63360.075756] wlan0: associated
[63370.112077] wlan0: disassociating by local choice (reason=3)
