I discovered that the bug is caused by the "class browser" plugin from http://www.stambouliote.de/projects/gedit_plugins.html , I forgot that had it installed and enabled.
So, to reproduce, download http://www.stambouliote.de/download/gedit_classbrowser-0.2.1.tar.gz , activate the plugin and use the test file.
